Payments:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy:
The Siddhi Holidays believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this general policy:
15% retention will be charge if booking is cancelled any time after Confirmation of Package.
Any Reservation cancelled between 15 days to 30 days of arrival 50% retention will be charged.
Any Reservation cancelled between 07 days to 15 days of arrival 75% retention will be charged.
Reservation cancelled within 07 days of arrival 100% retention will be charged.
Refund Policy :
No refund for cancellation received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan or Non-Refundable Deals.
The Siddhi Holidays is not responsible for cancellation of the services by the Ground staff due to climatic change or any reason(Strike or notice) (Like Hotels, ferries, cruise, vehicles, shows etc.)
All refunds will be processed within but not limited to 10 days of cancellation of service, the refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to The Siddhi Holidays.
Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, The Siddhi Holidays will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.
Only those who accept the above terms and condition may book service with The Siddhi Holidays. Booking of tour package or any other service(s) with The Siddhi Holidays would mean that the person who is booking (Client) accept the terms and condition listed above This also would mean that the client has informed all the persons those are directly and indirectly are taking services of The Siddhi Holidays.
